We roast to order, striving to deliver the freshest coffee possible. Once roasted orders are sent out via USPS and delivered between 1-3 days (usually) depending on location and time of year.

WHAT IF I LIVE IN ORANGE COUNTY AND WANT TO PICK UP MY BEANS INSTEAD OF SHIPPING?

we would love to have you stop by, say hello and purchase your beans in person. We will have our hours listed soon, but for now please send us an email, DM us on socials or just swing on by (we are usually there).

I DON’T SEE MY COUNTRY LISTED, CAN I STILL ORDER?

Absolutely you can! We are always adding shipping destinations, if you don’t see your country listed drop us a line via email, facebook or instagram and we will dial you in.

SO, ARE Y’ALL A COFFEE SHOP?

Not yet. Maybe one day. We are a micro roastery.

We specialize in small batch roasts. We like to guide our beans through the entire process to ensure consistency and quality in every batch, every bag, every cup.

Our roastery and tasting room, will be opening Jan of 2023 in Laguna Hills, CA. Stay tuned for an opening date announcement.

WHAT IS SPECIALITY COFFEE? IS IT REALLY THAT SPECIAL?

You might hear words like specialty, third wave, and gourmet when talking about coffee, with a few different philosophies or definitions. To put it simply, it’s all about trying to create and appreciate great coffee from start to finish. It’s the quality of the coffee and the way we think about and approach it. It’s farmers, producers, importers, roasters, and baristas all playing a critical part in that journey from seed to bean to cup. So yeah, we think its pretty special.
