We Taste: Fragrance and aroma of jackfruit, brown spices, jasmine, and peach. Delicate flavors of persisting jasmine, honeysuckle and plum with a lingering aftertaste of mango, yuzu, apricot and caramel. Complex yet soft acidity with citric and malic notes. Silky mouthfeel with a medium-heavy body. Complex and delicious!
