The Santuario farm history began 22 years ago when Camilo Merizalde had the desire to create a unique coffee farm capable of producing the best specialty coffees from Colombia. By 2012, Camilo opened the first two farms outside of Colombia (Tres Milagros in Costa Rica), and (Santuario Sul in Brazil). In April 2017, Santuario Colombia teamed up to create the Santuario Process center in Ixhuatlan del Cafe Veracruz, Mexico.
