Community Campesino Association in Action (also known as the ACCA of Pueblorrico
Antioquia) was formed in 2012, and currently has 93 members of which 36 make up the ACCA
coffee group. This group of farmers work together to better process their coffee to receive a
better return as a group. All of the group members are small producers (3 hectares or less) and
produce mostly Castillo and Colombia varieties. The washed processed coffee is sun-dried on
patios and raised African style beds.
The result of their work is shown in the cup with a very sweet flavor profile, a nice cherry-like
acidity with a clean finish.
